Trying Lyngdorf products in your home:
If you wish, you can buy a demonstrator Lyngdorf unit, with a 17 day in-home trial period. If
you decide to keep the demonstrator unit itself, you get a 5% credit on your credit card, and
we refund the freight charge to you. If you want a new unit (which you may, for whatever
reason) -- just return the demonstrator and we will immediately ship you a new unit. Again, we
pay the freight charge to you. Demonstrator units come with full factory warranty, starting with
your date of purchase.
If you decide you do not want to purchase the Lyngdorf model, then on return of the
demonstrator unit, in its as-shipped condition and with everything shipped with the unit, we
issue a credit on your card, less a 3% restocking fee (to cover the costs of accepting your
credit card). In this case, you pay the freight charges to and from Austin.
Finally, any non-demonstrator units returned have a 18% restocking charge to cover
expenses. Obviously, we suggest that you try demonstrator units in your system first.
